The Bishop Nomination Committee is inviting the Diocese to put forward names to be considered for election as the 11th Bishop of Adelaide.
Nominations may only be made by at least four Members of the Synod using a special form which can be found here.
A nominee can be any person who is a Priest or Bishop in the Anglican Communion in Holy Orders for at least 10 years.

This pack has been developed by the Bishop Nomination Committee after carefully considering the information shared with the consultant through the Diocesan consultation sessions and survey.
“We are very grateful for everyone who participated in that process and hope that you will see the product of your input reflected in the pack,” Secretary of Synod and Diocesan Registrar Joe Thorp said.

Nominations are to be submitted to the Registrar by close of business on 12 September 2025.
