Understanding and Connecting with Rainbow People and Communities
A five-session course of learning about LGBTIQA+ people and communities in church and society: how we can connect to be genuinely inclusive, share wholeness of life in Christ, and recognise God’s gifts in each other.
This course will enable lay people, clergy and chaplains in parishes and other ministries to develop a deeper and broader understanding of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual/Aromantic people and communities and the intersectionality with other diverse human characteristics. People completing the course will be equipped to provide Christian ministry to these people and communities positively and effectively.
Wednesdays, 6pm – 9pm, 7 , 14, 21, 28 October and 4 November, at St Andrew’s Anglican Church, Walkerville.
