We are praying that God will send us labourers for the harvest (Matthew 9.38) in the
following areas.
• Parish Priest (full-time stipendiary): we are seeking parish priests with previous
experience in pastoral ministry in a traditional Anglican context, with a proven
ability to enable the revitalisation of established parishes and congregations.
• Parish Priest (part time stipendiary): we are seeking parish priests at any stage of
ministry experience, for part-time stipendiary parishes. An enthusiasm for
enabling new growth (spiritual, formative and numerical) in traditional parish
settings is essential.
• Intentional Interim Ministry: a particular ministry enabling a parish or
congregation to navigate a period of transition, and to prepare for welcoming its
next incumbent, for periods of up to 3 years under licence (full time and part
time).
• Pioneer Ministry: we are seeking gifted church planters able to join and lead a
team planning for the commencement of new Anglican faith communities in
areas of our diocese experiencing rapid population growth. These positions are
especially suitable to aspirants or candidates for ordination, and early years
ordained ministers.
• Chaplaincy. From time to time there are openings (lay and ordained) for
chaplains to schools, agencies, and health ands aged care facilities.
